Being a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia, I knew how important it was to find a good agent when my husband came home from work and told me we would be relocating to Ohio. The laws are very different from state to state and I knew relocating a family of “5” was not going to be easy. I found Jim and Lori’s website and gave them a call. The whole relocation process, with the company, took 9 months! “The Real Deal Team” never missed a beat. They kept us informed of the market in the area and never gave up contact with us. When the time came we drove up to Vandalia, OH, from Newport News, VA, and Lori went out of her way to show us the different towns we had asked about and 11 homes we had requested to see in 1 day. We were exhausted, but her wonderful personality kept us going. She found us exactly what we were looking for. After returning to Virginia to prepare the family for the move, they kept us right on track with all of our paperwork, scheduled our inspections and kept us informed of everything going on with the transaction. I met Lori when she was first starting out(2002). I had her help me with all kinds of things, as my life changed, changed & then change some more!! In the past ten years, I have had a home built, purchased two others and have gone through several re-financings. In all those experiences, I have never been treated as well as I was with Lori Dieli of The Real Deal Team. Her upbeat and un-pressuring method of sales drew my fiancé and I to her right away. We started looking for houses in April and did not close on our home until September. For six months we searched hundreds of homes that Lori sent to us over the internet. Those we liked, we drove past to ensure that it was something we wanted to see. We then would provide our list to Lori, who set up our appointments. It seemed as though every home we looked at had something either my fiancé or I didn’t like. On several occasions, we made an offer. Each offer made was done so with speed and precision. home. They were always there to answer any questions we may have had. Day or
night. Lori is a wonderful person to be around , she will always make you
smile. Once you meet her it is like you have known her your whole life. She is
